Customer management system

A prototype customer management system for an accounting systems company, designed to assist technical support engineers, allows users to categorize customers into groups, manage customer data (such as customer serial number, customer name, type of accounting system the customer uses, maintenance contract status, etc.), import data from Excel, automate follow-up via WhatsApp, record customer communication outcomes, and generate customer reports.
